Crossed Sabers Commercial Real Estate is made up of two part, Crossed Sabers Asset Management and Crossed Sabers Advisory Group or Browning Commercial.

The company was founded on many of the principles it’s founder learned and held closely while being in the 1st Air Cavalry in the US Army.

We found in the market that there are firms that will focus on the big investors and just ignore and neglect the regional and local investor, or even worse, give them poor service. It was this pain point on why we were founded, to help the regional and local investors get the same representation as the big inverstors.
